This is the Potara fusion of DaVinci Yagiyori and Kyo Narakeo. They then got stuck forever and were stuck as DaViyo Narakeo Yagiyori.
Everything was fused together, hair, still has bangs but only 3 with purple tips. Still has a ninja top but a black hoodie covers it along with a ninja belt and dark blue jeans that look black. And you can probably see the markings on hi arm.
